I started training with Cole MacCara in 2019 and the impact that he has had on my fitness, general wellbeing, and life has been invaluable, to say the least. I have been training with Cole for about four months now and average two sessions per week. The progress I have made with him has been incredible in terms of my strength and mobility. Cole pays close attention to form and posture for injury prevention and is an expert at knowing how different parts of the body work together. Cole and I first started training together 5 years ago.  At 82, my main goals are strength and stability. We worked together for quite some time before covid struck, after several years hiatus I contacted him again. I was in such poor shape that he said  he would come to  the house and we could work out here. A few weeks after we began training again, I broke 3 bones in my foot. Cole started working with me and as the healing too place he guided me through a strength/stability and mobility program to help regain my balance and even out the imbalances I had created from staying off my broken foot. His expertise is excellent. He works within my limits, and motivates me to the best of my ability. He varies my workouts so that it's not boring. His knowledge of how the musculoskeletal system is amazing. I would  highly recommend Cole to help you get into shape or recover no matter how old you are. At 76, my primary objective is mobility and strength. Most people my age and older get hurt falling on weak legs. Cole is the only trainer (and I've had many) that truly analyzes and understands the clients needs regardless of age or physical condition. He studies, he focuses on your needs and has just helped me tremendously. He is helping me make the next 20 years healthy and fun. Cheers to Cole!
